He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer - B.E. (Mech.),
And specialization in welding technology - Institute of Canfield UK.

Has had his initial training at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Trichy, in the field of design, manufacturing and quality control of boilers.

He is a specialist in efficient energy management and heat transfer and has undertaken numerous studies in these fields.

Besides involvement in production activities he has also been actively associated with various Research & Development projects such as:

Fluidised Bed Combustion
Waste Heat Recovery System for specialized applications
Development of Solar Steam Generators
Flame management & high velocity stabilization for liquid and gaseous fuels
He has contributed a number of technical papers at various seminars and training programmes in the field of boilers and energy conservation.

He is closely associated with the development of new regulations for shell boilers within the Indian Boilers Act, as the Secretary of the Ad-hoc Committee in charge of framing such regulations.

He is also an active member of the Boilers Manufacturers And Ancillaries Association of India (BMAAI) the Chairman - Technical Committee.

Devansh Trivedi, is qualified B.Tech . Presently works as Director of SB group of Companies Shanti Boilers & Pressure Vessels P Ltd, Shanti Techno fab P Ltd, and mentor and advisor to a start up *DSR Design & Engineering Solutions alumnus of the 1992 batch.

He has 28 years of extensive experience in field of Heat Energy , Process plant systems, Steam engineering, and Energy-saving technologies.

A strategic leader with a proven track record of driving organizational growth, Devansh excels in implementing new technologies, fostering collaborations, and optimizing operational efficiency to enhance profitability.

His expertise in driving business strategy and innovation has made a significant impact in the manufacturing sector.

He is a qualified Bachelor of Electronics and Communication & Completed Stanford Executive Program from Stanford University in 2010
He is currently work as Director of Tramec India Pvt. ltd.

Started his career in 1987 in Forbes Marshall as a Graduate Trainee Engineer. After working his way around, became a successful Division Manager in 1992. He become a Director before 40 years of his age.

Achievements : He has brought many Joint Ventures to Forbes Marshall Group and made them successful.

He has received the “Praj Maha Intraprenuer award 2012” in the Industry and Business category and also has been one of the recipient of the 4th Indira Engineering Excellence awards 2012.

He is the current President of the Boilers Manufacturers And Ancillaries Association of India (BMAAI) and is the Director of the Trasmec India Pvt Ltd, business of Forbes Marshall group.

She is a qualified Bachelor of Instrumentation, Completed Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS Mumbai. Also completed Supply Chain Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
She is currently work as Head – Procurement (Forbes Vyncke Pvt ltd)

Started her career in 1997 in Pune Techtrol Pvt Ltd as a Sales & Marketing Engineer. After working her way into Forbes Marshall Group & became a successful Head of Procurement in 2021.

She is the currently an active part of the Executive Committee of the Indian Boiler Manufacturer’s Association (BMAAI).
